About the project

As the population continues to age, there is a growing need for places that support both independence and care, allowing residents to remain in a familiar and supportive environment as their needs evolve over time.

Our vision is to create a welcoming later living community set within landscaped grounds, designed to promote wellbeing, dignity, and social connection. The proposal comprises three buildings that together form an integrated community for older people, offering a range of accommodation from independent living to specialist nursing care.

Blocks 1 and 2 will provide C2 nursing care homes delivering specialist nursing, dementia, respite, and end of life care. Block 3 will provide C2 extra care apartments that support more independent living while still benefiting from on site care and support when required.

Residents will have access to a wide range of shared amenities including communal lounges, a cinema, hair salon, and generous social spaces that encourage new friendships and daily activity. Terraces and landscaped gardens provide opportunities to spend time outdoors, supporting both physical wellbeing and a strong sense of community.
